  1. Cancellation Policy:

    1. 1.1. Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.
    2. 1.2. However, once the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started, cancellation will not be possible.
  3. 2. Non-Cancellable Items:
    1. 2.1. Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
    2. 2.2. Refund or replacement for such items is only possible if the customer provides evidence of poor quality or defects in the delivered product.

    1. 1.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery.
    2. 1.2.The issue will be resolved once the merchant verifies and confirms the complaint.

    1. 2.1. If the product does not match the description or your expectations, you should notify our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery.
    2. 2.2. After reviewing your complaint, the team will decide on a suitable resolution.
  4. 3. Warranty-Related Complaints:
    1. 3.1. For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
  5. 4. Refund Processing:
    1. 4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 16-30 days from the date of approval.
